Canadian Hotel Investment Trends Q3
The CBRE’s third quarter Hotel Investment Trends Report examines transaction reports and operating results from the hotel market. According to the CBRE report, Canada is expected to outperform other G8 economies, with 2011 GDP growth projected at two per cent, followed by a 2.7 per cent growth in 2012. Third Quarter Office Market Report
The Greater Toronto Area Office Market Report for the third quarter was recently released by Avison Young. Outlining the GTA’s office market vacancy rates and occupancy levels, the office market report predicts a relatively strong finish for 2011, pending any unforeseen shocks to the market. CREIT Acquires New Industrial Portfolio
The Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust (CREIT) has recently acquired a portfolio of properties in Mississauga, Ontario. New Vancouver Processing Facility for Canada Post
Canada Post has recently selected Bird Design-Build Construction Inc. to design and build the new Canada Post processing facility located at the Vancouver International Airport in Richmond, British Columbia.
