Jones Lang LaSalle Unveils North America’s Most Expensive Streets for Office Space
Jones Lang LaSalle has unveiled a study of the most expensive streets for office space in North America. Taking the top spot is Sand Hill Road in Menlo Park, California. Two Canadian streets made the top 10, Toronto’s Bay Street and Ottawa’s Albert Street. Click here to learn more about the survey.
$40 Million Investment Revamps Le Triangle
Le Triangle, a Montreal borough in the Namur/Jean Talon Ouest sector is scheduled to undergo a huge transformation due to a recent $40 million investment.
