Air Transat Goes LEED-EB Platinum
Air Transat’s head offices in Montreal have just been awarded the first LEED-EB Platinum award in Canada. The company made a decision back in 2007 to become more energy efficient and environmentally aware. The LEED- ‘Existing Building’ Platinum award is the first designation of its kind in the country. REALpac’s 2010 Energy Benchmarking Report
REALpac has released its 2010 Benchmarking Report which contains the results of the first annual Benchmarking survey. The Survey was designed to establish a baseline of building energy use across the country. Click here to find out more about the survey and the results.
Toronto’s Hazelton Lanes gets Restyled
Toronto’s popular Yorkville shopping centre, Hazelton Lanes, has launched plans for a refurbishment. The centre’s main residents, Whole Foods Market and TNT The New Trend have together invested $10 million into expanding their stores and redesigning the interior space.
