June, 2011
Former Ontario Premier Mike Harris and Ned Goodman, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Dundee Corporation, will lend their expertise to Skyline International Development Inc.’s Advisory Board. The company specializes in hospitality and recreational properties in popular areas of Ontario’s cottage country such as Muskoka, Georgian Bay and Simcoe County.
“We’re pleased to have Mike Harris and Ned Goodman join the Skyline team,” says Gil Blutrich, Skyline Development’s President and Chairman. “Their in-depth understanding of the capital market and the property development industry will help us grow our Ontario resort communities and strengthen our presence in downtown Toronto.”

Skyline’s $245-million asset base encompasses 1,000 hotel rooms, four golf courses, ski hills and more than 2,600 acres of land, including Deerhurst Resort, the host venue for the 2010 G8 Summit.
“Growing up in North Bay, I have a particular passion for the continued development of Ontario’s picturesque resort regions,” Harris observes. “I believe the hospitality industry is incredibly important to the province’s economy.”
“Skyline’s recent acquisitions are indicative of the company’s dedication to growth and maintaining its status as a hospitality and property development leader,” Goodman adds.
